Group Classes
With a maximum of 4 people in each group class, we are able to give you lots of personal attention! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, classes are adaptable to your needs! Each group class will give you a full body workout with modifications for many common physical concerns. Expect to be motivated, challenged and energized by the end of each class!
