We are STOTT™ trained Certified Pilates Instructors with a passion for transforming the lives of our clients and helping them gain balance and vitality in their body and mind. We provide Beginner to Advanced Pilates Programs on Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, as well as stability ball, fitness circle, Thera Bands, BOSU and foam rollers. We are trained in Special populations and injuries with specialty in Prenatal, postnatal, back injuries, fybro, chronic fatigue, lupus, MS, knee and hip problems.
